Zando is pathetic. Avoid shopping on their online store

Pathetic service. Used up around R250 airtime calling Zando with no answer. My delivery was not delivered on the correct date then I get an email that the item is delivered but not to me. I called over and over and spoke to a consultant who says she needs to lodge a request to investigate. How can they allow someone else to sign for my paid delivery without informing me first?!
