Zando is pathetic

I ordered my dress in November 25 and apperantley it was delivered on the 10th of December and i was not in the office and the guys from reception did not sign for it, but online it says it was delivered my problem now I have called Zando ********** 636 and held for 30 minutes and this was yesterday and today, Iam so irritated as even my order took weeks and now this
