Zando is pathetic
What is up with Zando's inability to collect returns? And this is not the first time. Why do you offer this service if you are unable to perform? I have a package that has been scheduled for return on the 4th of Oct, now almost 3 weeks. I have mailed, phoned and are now trying FB. PLEASE get your act together!!
