Zando is not taking my calls

I purchased a pair of shoes from Zando and they haven't delivered. Been trying to call them and send emails to cancel my order with no response. This is a disgusting service from Zando and I want my money back. I sent an email to cancel my order but they have not responded. I have been trying to call and their calls go unanswered.

I am never ordering anything from Zando ever again.
