Zando is Dead, Long Live Zando

Hi Zando! I've been a loyal customer and massive fan of Zando for many year. You've been my fashion outlet of choice for sooo long. I've always told friends and family how great your site and service is. Over December 2019, you seem to have "reinvented" your website and app. The new website and app is not very user friendly, your payment options are limited in comparison to the previous Zando interface and the delivery options have changed too. I suspect you might have changed couriers too. I have NEVER in the years of shopping on Zando had any problems with my orders' delivery, ever - until now. I was skeptical to order from your new site but tried it anyway. I never received one of the orders, received an incorrect item (a random jean instead of shoes?!) and the latest order was market as delivered but it was delivered to "a nearby school?!" I am not sure why they delivered to a school... I don't even have children... your previous couriers delivered numerous order to our office address, never had a problem. This complaint serves as a message to you Zando. I was such a massive fan - you can check my order history - it verges on shopaholic status - but your new site, app and couriers have put me off so much. I don't trust your site anymore and will unfortunately be steering clear of shopping with you guys in future. I hope you can improve to be the old Zando I used to love and trust so much.
