Zando is amazing

I absolutely love Zando. I have only had good service from them. They once made a late delivery and phoned me to apologize, they gave me vouchers and they resolved the issue immediately, I would suggest, if you ever want to do online shopping, go to Zando. I use them often as I don't have time to go to the shops. And whether I pay for delivery or not, they ALWAYS deliver the next day. And I think that is excellent. I love Zando. With my returns they are just as awesome. I just go online to say I need to return, They send someone to collect the parcel (at no cost) and they will give you your money back or a voucher, which ever one you choose. And the next day, I get my voucher to continue shopping (cause I asked for the voucher and not the money). Best service you will ever get.
