Zando is a waste of time!

I placed an order with zando on November 26th. On December 6th I received an email stating that my order will be delivered on December 10th. Come December 10th, still no delivery. Orders only received on December 12th, without a phone call to check if anyone is still available to receive delivery. My 1st email to them was on December 6th, and to date, and 2 emails later, still no response. If they eventually respond, it will be too late for exchanges or returns!
