Zando is a ****...Stay away

I've been struggling to get feedback from Zando since last week regarding my package that was supposedly delivered with no luck. When I call I'm told that they are still awaiting feedbAck from the warehouse and then it was the courier company and that I should call them myself to find out what happened to my package that they claim to be delivered and I never received it. Zando can't even tell me who signed for the package. I'm starting to think this Zando business is a ****. I will definitely advise against using them. And now I'm even struggling to unsubscribe. Not sure how many times I've already unsubscribed but still getting their marketing emails.
