I ordered a UK size 4 but they delivered C4 a baby's size. What is worse, I called the delivery person agent Dikeledi Maake who had just let in minutes. She refused to pick it up, said I must email Zando. No contact person on their call center either. What kind of service this? Is Zando an on-going ****?
