Zando is a nightmare

I bought shoes in March b4 lockdown, on level 4 they came to collect their shoe.As at 9 July 2020, still don't have my money. Their consultants Chad and Lwando closed the call, worse having asked then not to, as I still didn't have my money...I am so over this, perhaps it is time I cut ties with them, of-course after they refund my money.
