zando is a joke!!!!

I placed an order early December and it was split into two deliveries. Delivery #2 was dispatched on the 15th of December and the update clearly said the parcel was handed to the courier company. I ended up receiving the first part (delivery #1) even though it was only dispatched on the 19th of December. I expected to get both deliveries at the same time since it was one order. So i called the courier trying to trace my other parcel and they told me that there is nothing they can do if i dont have the way bill number and that clearly indicates that zando hasnt dispatched the parcel like they said. I mean i always check order status but there is no change at all. I will never ever use zando again. The most frustrating part is their customer service! They do not answer their calls nor do they respond to emails. There is no way to get hold of them. I wouldnt care as much if i didnt pay but i did. I had an event and i thought id get the outfit before xmas or at least few days after. It annoying and honestly from the reviews on here and on facebook zando is starting to look more like its robbing people. If for some reason you cant fulfil your promise then please refund me my money and i do not want a voucher. I paid using cash not a voucher
