Zando is a company that cannot be trusted

If I could rate Zando at 0 I would. I have emailed and called them numerous times over the last 2 weeks after they sent an ugly pair of slippers instead of the 2 dresses I ordered. When I told them about this, they said there is nothing they can do and that I will have have to reorder and pay the full price, yet I bought the items whilst on sale. Imagine that! They messed up but refuse to take responsibility. They have not even refunded me after 2 weeks, refuse to respond to emails, and point blank refuse to resolve the issue. I will have to lay a charge if thats what it takes! My order no. is ***....So that Zando knows who the complainant is!
