ZANDO IS A COMPANY FULL OF *********

Unfortunately 1 was the lowest rating I could give. Would have preferred to give a below zero rating. I ordered something during Black Friday 2019 and the quality was so cheap and poor I had to return it. I could see that it would fall apart just by trying it on. Zando was very quick to take back their stock. However they did not refund my money and i stead stole it. I have possibly spoken to everyone at they support centre and nobody can give me evidence that the refund went from their account to mine.

They were very quick to show me a proof of refund yet a year later the money is not in my account and my bank says it never arrived. The minute I ask Zando for the evidence of the back end transactions theh go quiet or say my bank must investigate.

I have provided my bank statements and it is clear to all that the money is not therr yet Zando refuses to investigate this internal theft. They even promised to have the payment provider investigate, but this did not happen
