Zando impossible to return a product

It is impossible to return an item. I logged a return for a product last year!! They send the courier to fetch it, but the courier does not have the correct return number given to me by Zando. They keep on saying I am return a white top but it is a pair of purple shoes. Complained numerous times and they cannot sort it out. Completely lost faith in this company and will not be purchasing any more items.
