Zando - I will never buy from them again!

Zando's customer service is appalling! I have yet to receive my order. Tracking my order indicated that it is still being process.

I have sent numerous emails and phoned several time for 3 day with no answer. Yet, on Facebook they can continue to advertise and only reply on positive comments, refraining from answering any other customer queries.

They pride themselves to deliver between 3 - 5 working days. I needed my order before a specific date and will not receive it by then. I therefore need my money back as i will no longer need the product.

I will never use Zando again.
