Zando I want my money ! Order: ***

I bought a pair of heel but later being told they are out of stock. Then a refund was processed & completed on 21/10 till today. I haven’t received my money since. Its even a month waiting. Been doing follow ups in between but all I get is automated responses. Their call center is closed due to covid. But I’m so frustrated because I’m not sure if whether I will eventually get my money or not, cause looks like its robots working not humans
