Zando I have not recived my money bac****

<p>I have been ordering items online from Zando for a few months now. Zando has been very fast to deliver and take my cash on every ocassion. I was impressed, initially. HOWEVER, returns scheduled since 17 November 2016 they were very quick to come and collect the retuns, in contradiction with their own returns policy terms and conditions I still have not recived my refund 07/12/2016. I scheduled returns according to their explicit instructions yet they fail to give me my money back. I've e-mailed, I've called, I've been ignored! I have lost all trust in Zando...this is a company that cannot be trusted to honour their own terms and conditions.I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!!</p>
