ZANDO / HUAWEI / MTN - FALSE PROMISES.............

Huawei and Zando-- Pathetic service from the top down . One year ago on Black friday , Huawei via Zando , offered free vouchers to customers who renewed contracts with MTN .

It then took 5 months for the vouchers to be issued , and once issued they never work. After many back and forths , they were activated with a shorter than promised expiry date and all of them were not supp**** as well.

Be that as it may, we used what we could and then prior to the false expiry date , the vouchers that were to expire could not be used again . This was brought to their attention, and now more than a month later they refuse to assist or settle the claim and we have seemingly lost out now because they are a bunch of ******.

Stay away from Huawei / Zando - you will lose money.......
