Zando has zero customer service!!

Worst customer service!! I want to query about a return that was sent back on the 27 December 2018. I have sent numerous emails, tried calling the call Centre and no one answers. I have sent 3 messages on their Facebook page and NOTHING. I see there are plenty of complaints on their Facebook page regarding that there is no customer service whatsoever!!

I will never order from them again.
