Zando - goods never delivered and no refund!!!!!

I ordered a very expensive pair of boots on the 20 June. I don't normally spend that much but they where genuine leather and exactly what I wanted so I saved up to buy them. A week later I got an email telling me the boots where out of stock and offering me store credit. This despite them having confirmed my order. I responded immediately indicating that I wanted a refund and not store credit. That was a week ago - they haven't responded and I can't reach them on their customer care line I just sit on hold with no one ever picking up.

I am effectively R2000 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

I will never buy from Zando again and suggest that no one else does either. It's a ****.
