Zando giving online retailer's a bad name

I ordered on the 2 Dec and made an instant payment on Zando. I subsequently received an email from Zando that payment was not received and my order has been canceled. However, the money was deposited into Zando 's account. The email also directed me to contact support, but their whole communication channels are down. Is this supposed to be South Africa's leading online fashion retailer ?
