Zando gave me poor service

I am regular customer at Zando and my first purchase arrived within 3days. I bought from Zando the second time on the 3rd October 2020 and delivery was due on the 20th October 2020 and have not heard from Zando. I dont know what's happening with order 3 weeks later no communication. Not happy with service I am getting.
