Zando frustrates the hell out of me

I placed an order on the 26 June 2018, i have been calling since Tuesday and not getting through, i have sent 3 emails to your ********** and service ********** i was on the line for 30 minutes trying to understand exactly whats happening, my order number is ORDER # ********** 18..

Where is my order, i have bought a lot of things from Zando, never had an issue until now, no communication , no picking of the calls but ma money is in your account.

Please refund me my money.....am never buying from you people, you can delete my account if you want i just don't care.
