I placed a order on the 11 May 2022 with an immediate EFT on their app and the amount went of my bank account of R2676. I was informed later that they canceled the order as they did not receive payment. But the money is out of my bank account. I followed up multiple times and send proof of payment. I have received no feedback from them. I have even phoned them and could not receive any answers. Zando seems to have become a ********** company.
