ZANDO FOSSIL WATCH

Bought a Fossil watch a month and a half ago from Zando. the watch started wearing and tearing in a week. I returned it 2 weeks ago. Now I am being told the fossil group says its a normal wear and tear and there is nothing they can do about it.
