Zando

I bought a dress from Zando and I were not satisfied. I asked to return it, but after 4 emails they picked up the parcel. Then I wait and wait for my money but nothing happens. After a few emails again they said that they paid the money but there was no money in my account. Then again they said they paid the money on the 29 of June but still no money. Every time they said 2 business days but nothing at all happened!
