Zando Express delivery

<p>I ordered from Zando on express delivery on the 19 September early morning.</p> <p>I called on the 21st September and was told the delivery will be with me before COB.</p> <p>On the 22nd i still did not receive the package.</p> <p>I called numerous times and finally spoke to someone that gave me feedback that the package were delayed and will only reach me on the 23rd of September. </p> <p>This was the worse news considering this was a gift for a Birthday and her birthday was on the 22nd. </p> <p>When given explanation and why i was not informed earlier about the delay and still told on the day of delivery i will be receiving it was unexceptable. Just to call the next day and be told it wont even reach me by then. </p> <p>they said they will give a refund for the express delivery... which it good but i still have a birthday girl with no gift. </p>
