Zando doesnt care about service

I placed an order on 8 May... order was delivered short on 19 May. I sent messages to Zando via Facebook because their customer care is apparently not working at the moment. I got a reply requesting for order number which i sent but never got any feedback again. A week ago i commented on one of the posts and got a reply stating that the item will be delivered early this week. Its now friday already and no feedback nor update from them. No customer service at all
