ZANDO DOES NOT REFUND!!!

My name is thejal padayachee. My fone is ***. I placed 2 orders with zando more than a week ago and tried cancelling immediately. I was told by zahier over email because their phones dont work that i have to refuse the delivery then only can the order be cancelled. I just placed the order so how cud it be shipped? ?? Anyhow i refused the delivery last week and have been trying to get hold of zando via email and NOBODY has bothered to get back to me. Zando takes the money very easily but now when they need to return it...they are ignoring me! I have been buying from zando for years!!! I want my refunds done today or i am going to contact ur ceo!!!!
