Zando does not provide assistance for returns

I ordered some shoes that arrived - one pair was too small so i have been trying to log a return for over a week. Nobody gets back to you - there is nowhere on the site to log the return just keeps taking u to the page where the policy says you must log a return within 14 days. No assistance on any queries - although they state it will be no more than two days to respond.
