Zando does not know what service is.

I am completely fed up, after phone calls, emails and online chat I still cannot get these idiots to ship my order or give me reasonable answer as to why this has not been done. Don't trust the 5 - 7 day delivery ****. I will never order from them again and will advise everyone I know not to as well. Pathetic!!!
