Zando disaster support, management pathetic

I received a email saying, “We see you are a loyal customer….here’s a discount code in increments from R50 - R200. I was super excited as I did use Zando for years. I jumped on line used the code however login done and as the transaction payment gateway Peach Payment went on there it happened they couldn’t connect to the bank and couldn’t switch the sale. So I went on chat and they first sent me a new code that didn’t work then said well it’s not our problem pay full price or don’t we don’t give a toss! I called support and Stacey was extremely understanding and said she would definitely help, that too didn’t happen! Finally I get an automatic notification email saying we see your support call was successfully completed? OMG it is stupid to have measurements for people that don’t do anything. What a joke.
