ZANDO disappointment

Please be aware of Zando's new GLOBAL range of clothing.It attracts exorbitant additional fees -R39 admin fee and R 90 return fee ;some items are however non -refundable.

These fees are in the small print and as a regular Zando customer i just order and pay ,not really expecting extra fees;an order may also not be cancelled.I only noticed after paying that an additional fee was charged after which i checked my order and noted the small print regarding this specific item ;i also waited more than a month for delivery;the item of clothing i purchased is also of a very poor quality and a poor fit. I basically wasted about R400 and am now saddled with an item of clothing i will have to give away. I feel that Zando should have warned their loyal customers via email or extensive advertising. However they will probably refer to the small print should there be any queries.

This experience has definitely left me disappointed and hesitant to purchase from Zando in the future.
