Zando delivery service is shocking

<p>I was buzzed this morning by the zando delivery man. I am just newly pregnant and it was actually my maternity clothes that I had ordered through zando. At the time I was suffering from terrible morning sickness and answered the buzzer. I told the gentleman that I am opening the gate for him and if he could please wait for a few minutes at my parking bay and I will attend to him. He was so disrespectful and rude, he said in an arrogant manner "lady must I come or go, I have other deliveries to do ". I said can you wait a few minutes, he said no, i said fine, and really I was not more than two minutes, I'm sure the tracking can check how long he was at my complex. This is the first time I have experienced such an arrogant delivery experience. I am giving them business but they have attitude with the customer. I will never order from zando again.</p>
