Zando delivery error

Could a customer service agent please contact me. I have attempted on countless occasions to get through to your call Centre but nobody seems to answer my calls after a 15 minute wait each time , it has been a week already!

I cannot track my parcel, as the Zando system states that my tracking number has a fault. I would like urgent feedback regarding this matter!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered by no later than Today. WHAT IS GOING ON!

This is terrible service!
