Zando delivery drivers are pathetic and unreliable

After missing my order delivery due to an early work appointment, I attempted to rescheduled for and earlier delivery time before I left home, many times... but the delivery guy kept coming around noon when I was unavailable (ridiculous). Called customer care and a few seconds later I received an email stating my order was cancelled without me doing so. And when I called again they decided to play 'broken telephone' by passing my call over to 3 different people then the manager. Spare yourself the waste of time and disappointment and uninstall the Zando App!!
