Zando Deducts Funds And Cancel The Order

I placed an order on Zando and paid for it.

Funds were deducted from my bank acc and I have POP. I sent POP to *** and received an automated email that my query will take two days.

This is ridiculous, firstly there is proof funds were deducted. Secondly this will delay the delivery of my product.
