Zando- ****************!!

I ordered an item on the 28th September with a refund voucher. The order was never processed. when I queried they said that order is processed and will send item.. I haven’t received the item up till now.. They recently sent an email saying that my order has been cancelled due to non payment.. The voucher is in fact my money from a previously returned item.. so in other words they basically took my money.. I emailed customer service again for the 3rd time with no response.. This is ****************!!! I will cancel my account and will never purchase anything from them!!!
