Zando ****************

I placed an order for two items, and only received one of the two items. After sending numerous emails, to which I have had no response, I had to call them because nobody bothered to get back to me. After speaking to an agent, she promised that she would provide feedback, because on their system, it showed that I had already received both items. After my interactions with the call centre agent, I got a very generic email from them stating that "this particular person" confirmed that the order is complete. No proof of delivery has been provided, and I have not heard back from them, after I responded to that generic email. This is absolutely pathetic customer service and ****************. I had always been a supporter of Zando, but after this, I will never again. This is disgusting behaviour and utterly poor service delivery. Now they are sitting with money for a product which they never delivered.
