Zando Crashing this December near you!!

Over a week ago, I placed an order Called to amend shoe size with a consultant who promised to get this solved quick

3 days later Conita the consult called back to say that my order was accidently cancelled. She spoke about same day delivery which was obviously a lie because I am still waiting.

I have mailed them several times but still don't have the stuff, oh n by the way it was as a gift for 2 people. The one item for the person's birthday on the 12th was missed. The other 2 items ( SAME DAY DELIVERY ) birthday is tomorrow but I haven't received **** as you know.

I waited for almost 10 mins to the below par holding jingle and someone picked up the phone and politely put it down without saying Hello.

Now the line is down, assuming they crashing hard. The other online stores streets ahead on delivery time and service

Not hateful or you but very close. I have to fork out double for gifts now not to mention the consumption of my time which is work more to me!!
