Zando Communication S****s - Terrible

I logged a return for an item purchased in December and no communication was sent as to when it will be picked up. Customer agents do not update the system correctly and 4 drivers show up to pick up on item. still today the 9th January I haven't received any feedback regarding my refund. I don't know if its in someones house or it was received. If the systems are being upgraded why is this not being communicated to the customers. Superbalist should just buy this company!!!!!!
