Zando can't do

I have always had a good experience with Zando's online shopping. Then comes to a very important shop, I bought all my Christmas presents from them, when I realized I was not going to get my families gifts before we left on holiday I contacted them to change the address, well they did not change the address and needless to say, I had to go out and buy gifts the day before Christmas which my whole intention was to not do hence shopping early online........ Kept getting messages from Dawnwing the delivery company which is a review of its own, all round caused unpleasantness on our holiday.
