Zando CALL CENTRE IS RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!!!!

I have placed an order ( ********** 57) on the 06 of December. Still have not received my order or any feedback from Zando. When you send an email to ********** or call their landline number ********** 636 there is just absolutely no answer you stay on the line for more than a hour with no answer!! How are you supposed to track your order or enquire about anything when no one answers the phone or reply to your mails. I have always been a loyal customer to ZANDO but will not shop on your website again!!!!!!
