ZANDO BOO HOO WORSE SERVICE

I having the worse turn around time ever from Zando they delivered my goods on the 04th feb 2019 the same day I requested a return the shoe was not correct . The pics shows elastic when you get it its not elastic just for show according to Zando customer service lady. My call was log on the 04th Feb Zando only collected the goods on the 12 Feb to date I got no email saying that the goods was returned nothing. I got nothing refund as well.

I called them more then 7 times .

The second time I called after the log the return they said to me it was never logged.

I will never buy from you guys ever again
