zando becoming just like wish.com

i ordered a few items on the 30/11. to date i have not received it. I received stating my order should arrive on the 11/12, still nothing, i then received an email stating my order was shipped at 15:35 yesterday. I have not received my items!!!!!!!!! Zando does not respond to any emails, all i get is a standardized email. I tried calling zando several times, no one picks up!!! pathetic service!!!!!
