Zando - Bad service!

Very bad Service! I ordered from them and the money was deducted from my account. Thereafter I received an email indicating that it was an invalid order due to them not receiving payment. I contacted customer care they indicated I should send proof of payment and my banking details for then to refund me. I requested them to fulfill the order. Zando indicated that it could not be done as my order is invalid!! They could change an order to invalid from their side but they cannot fulfill an order even though they have the proof of payment!!! Very bad service!!!
