Zando bad service

Worst service ever ordered beginning of Jan some of my staff was wrongly delivered to someone else who then called me to arrange collection, placed a request for damaged goods to be collected and I am still waiting . Sent an email with pictures of damaged good and nothing was done the call center agents are so rude , please use takealot or superbalist from now on much more reliable and friendly helpfull staff if you have issues. Zando is actually a negative zero I will never ever order from them from now on and I am telling all my family and friends not to order from them, even my clients as I am in customer service myself I tell them not to waste their time or money and on Zando and I tell them to warm their family, friends and colleagues not to order fromZando worst online experiences ever.
