Zando, bad quality and cheap fabric.

I just received my purchase I ordered online weeks ago and Finally it was delivered 30 minutes ago, what a let down. It's poor and bad quality, fabric is crimpeline, bad workmanship and nothing like the picture that was advertised online. It's not the first time I receive bad quality buying from Zando but it will certainly be the last time I purchase from Zando, teh telephone line is something else, after 10 minutes of waiting still no one answered. ALL round bad service, I want a FULL refund and Zando to collect their made in china *******!!!
