Zando bad choice in courier partner!

Pathetic service from Zandos courier service provider DPD Laser..2 calls cut off and when they actually answer,your call is put aside whilst the consultant has a conversation and giggle on your behalf.My order from Zando was meant to be delivered on the 15th of Sept as per the sms.Called in on the 16th,was advised it would be delivered on the 18th.18th came..not delivery,call or sms.Called on the 19th,matter was escalated,the parcel never left the warehouse floor.Called Zando on the 20th,advised it would be escalated.22nd of Sept,1st call,was advised it was scanned,I would recieve an sms,when queried as to when,the consultant put me on hold..and I was cut off.Called again,put on hold then cut off.Called again,answered,but the consultant put my call aside and continued to have another conversation.I have made 5 calls in total.Not a single sms,email or call from DPD or Zanso,advising of the delay or the reason for the delay.Zando only uses DPD and its through this reason I would think thrice before shopping with Zanso again..DPD..you are not a service provider..rather a hindrence to the supply chain! I want my order..simple!
