Zando bad app worse service

This company has an app that falls over when you place orders. They also give you vouchers for items returned which you cannot use or give you coupons which you cannot use as the app tells you cannot use it twice but it has not been used at all. They do bot repond to email complaints. The worst is dont make and eft payment because they dont check there bank account and update your order status nor do they reapond to you sending pop. Bad service bad admin zero customer communication.
